At this time, new clients that can commit to making their regular appointments between 10am-2pm during the week Tuesday – Friday are being taken in quicker than those requesting evening or Saturday appointments. The evening and Saturday appointments still remain the most popular for my long time clients, so I do not want to make it harder for them to schedule. New clients that prefer evening and Saturday times, may still join the list to be contacted later (up to 6 months).

New clients are being taken in by order of email inquiry and as adequate time in the schedule opens up. Please note, that by adequate time, I mean for more than just a first appointment. I’m not just trying to fill in gaps, I want to be able to accommodate sequential appointments in order to attain improvement and maintenance.
The reason I limit the amount of new clients to take in at a time is to make sure that my existing clients are able to make their appointments with ease. This is something that became really difficult by the end of 2012 and first half of 2013. They are the reason I’m here, so I want to be as loyal to them as they have been to me.
How it works –
My returning clients are given first priority on appointments when my online schedule for each month goes up online. If there are spaces left, then those spaces will be offered to new clients from the list by order of email inquiry and noted availability. You will be emailed to find out if you are still interested in booking your first appointment. If I don’t hear back within a few days, I will move through the list accordingly.
Please know that I am managing the schedule this way with each person’s best interests at heart.
